Q. How do I convert multipage TIFF file into a multipage JPEG file?
A. JPEG files cannot contain multipage image. It is a limitation of the JPEG format.
Q. I have tried out Advanced Batch Converter and like it a lot. My question is, with the register version how many files can it convert?
A. You can process unlimited files by ordering a licensed copy of Advanced Batch Converter.
Q. When I try to view certain PhotoShop images I get a blank screen with the words "You need PhotoShop version 3 to read this file".
A. There are two possible solutions to this problem:
1.This file may have been generated with an intermediate version of PhotoShop (pre-3.0) and requires re-saving in version 3.0 or later to be read correctly.
2. Make sure you are using the "v2.5 compatibility" option in PhotoShop. In version 4.0, You can find this option in Preferences
Q. There is a memory problem when I convert many WMF/EMFs with Advanced Batch Converter in the batch mode!
A. This is a Windows95/98 problem, Advanced Batch Converter uses the Windows metafile driver. WinNT works fine.
Q. I have lost my registration number. How do I get it?
A. If you registered Advanced Batch Converter and cannot find your registration information, please fill out the registration information request form.
Q. Will Advanced Batch Converter run on my PC? Is there any specific system requirements?
A. Most certainly, it will. Advanced Batch Converter requires a PC running Microsoft Windows 95/98/2000/ME/XP or Windows NT version 4.0 or later.
Q. I just purchased ABC version 4.4. Do I have to pay full price for the v.4.5 or is there an upgrade fee or what?
A. Your registration key works with any v.4.x versions. To update Advanced Batch Converter:
1) Un-install Advanced Batch Converter v.4.4
2) Download and install v.4.5 trial.
Your registration key for v.4.4 will automatically unlock v.4.5
